When the main presentation room at Google HQ in Toronto is named Algonquin, is there really a better theme for an event than summer camp? At this tech talk series, attendees were transported back in time through sight, taste, touch and smell at Camp Google. From obvious camp decor like felt pennant flags and real cedar trees to mess hall classics like mini hotdogs and mac and cheese, everyone got to feel the nostalgia of their childhood in a grown-up way. To sweeten the deal, we sent everyone home with Google branded camp mugs and DIY S’more kits.
